✅ How to Return Items on Flipkart (Step-by-Step)

1. Open the Flipkart App

Make sure you are logged into your account.

2. Go to “My Orders”

Tap on your profile → My Orders

OR

Tap on the order icon at the bottom.

3. Select the Product You Want to Return

Choose the item you bought that needs to be returned.

4. Found After this, you will see the Help option on the top right, click on it.  

After that 

Click on “Return” or “Replace”

You will see options like:

Replace

Refund

(These depend on the seller’s policy.)

5. Choose the Reason for Return

Some common reasons:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged item

Product not as described

Size issue, etc.

6. Upload Images (If Requested)

Flipkart may ask for pictures as proof.

7. Choose Refund Method

Refund to Bank Account / UPI / Wallet as shown in the app.

8. Schedule a Pickup

Choose a date and time slot.

Flipkart person will come and collect the item.

9. Wait for Refund
